“Communication was great! The location was easy to find with enough parking right in front of the house. The AC units worked great and we were comfortable the entire time. Loved the two escape ladders as a precaution; we obviously didn’t need to use them but that peace of mind was great. I would easily book again without any reservations! There are books, board games, and coloring activities/toys, as well as coffee, tea, and pretty much everything needed to make it feel like home (bring your own food, of course).
