Nice enough hotel for the price. But it’s not a 5 star. Bed and pillow was very comfortable, breakfast was good. The people at the counter were very friendly and helpful. Nice hotel but I would say 4 star. Also had free parking which is always good.

Oldie but goodie

Even though the Hotel is an older 5 star it was maintained in a clean condition and the staff tries to assist its guests to the best of their ability. THE BREAKFAST buffet is excelent and there is plenty of safe parking.

Great pool. Excellent service. Beautiful grounds. Nice rooms. Excellent choice. One suggestion: The parking could be better signed/explained. One wish: The pool closes at 700. We visited during summer and it was daylight. With such a lovely pool, I would have appreciated a closing time of 8pm, so kids could play longer.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. We choose it as it’s close to the main highway to go to Igoumenitsa ferry port on our way to Corfu. Hotel is very clean, breakfast is included and has many options. My only complaint was the hotel rooms air conditioner was not working and it was very hot outside.

Ein optisch sehr schönes Hotel. Macht seinen Sternen alle Ehre. Wir wollten ein Wellness-Wochenende verbringen. Der Spa-Bereich ist relativ klein, aber für einen Spa-Abend ausreichend (Preise sind für griechische Verhältnisse teuer). Tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit warmen, kalten, süßen und salzigen Speisen. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sauber und warm (für die kalten Nächte). Rundum ein schöner Aufenthalt!

Ett lyxhotell till bra pris

Det var väldigt folktomt när vi kom i mitten på juli. En vackert och häftigt ställe mitt ute i ingenstans (utanför Ioaninna). Det levde inte upp till fem stjärnor men till det fantastiska priset var det väl värt. Frukostbuffén var helt otroligt bra! Hela personalstyrkan var väldigt välkomnande!

Beautiful property with lovely reception area. Room was very nice. Athina, in the restaurant brought my purse to me which I left at the table after dining. She also provided ice in a bucket to take back to our room. Wonderful employee! We enjoyed our stay at Epirus Palace.

Een “ groepen” hotel

Een 5 sterrenhotel. Van de buitenkant ziet hetermooi uit. De kamers zijn echter zeer gehorig. Ook is het er erg druk met groepen. Wij troffen 4 bussen met gezinnen, een motorclub en 2 bussen met jongeren. Erg lawaaiig in het zwembad en gecurende heteten. Het ligt in de middle ofnowhere. Hetpersoneeliswel erg aardig en behulpzaam.

Prefer another 5 star hotel.

It was once a 5 star hotel. Definitely now it is not. It is an average 4 star hotel with many problems regarding its hydraulics and its amenities. Rooms are renovated but room bathrooms are not. Overall i wouldn't pick it again. Prefer another 5 star hotel if luxury is what you are looking for...

kein 5 Sterne Hotel - eher 3 Sterne!

Sieht sehr gut aus ABER: - Frühstückskaffee von schlechter Qualität. - Hotel ist am Wochenende von griechischen Reisegruppen belagert, dementsprechend ist der Lärmpegel im Frühstücksraum. -Zimmer renoviert und in Ordnung, aber bei Ankunft nur 10 Grad Raumtemperatur. Ist leider zu kalt zum Duschen. - Bei dieser angeführten Kategorie erwartet man sich aber auch deutsche FS-Programme ( kein SAT vorhanden ) nicht nur griechische. - Internetverbindung aber gut.
