DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Use your money somewhere else
We had the worst experience ever, we booked through hotels.com for 2 nights and when we did the check in later in the afternoon the room was occupied by other people. The manager (Yiota Zagorianakou) of the hotel had to kick the other guests in order to let us in, nice the stuff and clean. The manager didn't know how much to charge us according to the booking and showed me a screenshot that showed ALL my card details including the ones in the back.
Later on, the manager started YELLING at us because it was "our fault", she held my card against my will.... After that we payed the 1 nigh and then she basically kicked us out from the hotel and had to look for another hotel. A better one just in front.

Lovely space, great location
New, beautifully renovted boutique hotel in a fantastic location, historic part of town near the lake. Easy walk to many sites and restaurants. The Apollon suite worked well for my family. Very accommodating breakfast. Just the checkin instructions could be better. There's no 24/7 manned front desk. At the time we checked in, we ended up bothering another guest to open the door for us as the usual greeter had to leave for a bit. It worked out fine but was a little awkward. They should give an instruction about confirming an arrival time or how to contact someone. But despite that, the stay was nice.

Πολύ ευχάριστη και ζεστή διαμονή
Εξαιρετική διαμονή και εξυπηρέτηση από την διεύθυνση και το προσωπικό του καταλύματος. Ολοκαίνουργια δωμάτια και έπιπλα, πολύ αναπαυτικό στρώμα και κρεβάτι καθώς και πολύ βολική η τοποθεσία.
