“The HVAC is so loud. The system had an awful high pitch sound. We were unable to run it while in the room. Management said they were sold out and couldn't change rooms. But on line they still had rooms available. They did offer a refund but it was a game weekend so there wasn't much available for the same price since we booked months in advance. The weather wasn't too hot so we were lucky we could open the windows”

“The cabin is beautiful & cozy and had everything we needed. We wish we could’ve ‘stayed’ and relaxed, but it was a great landing place in the evenings as we set up our daughter in her apartment as she’ll be attending Texas A&M. The property is quiet and relaxing. The landscaping is beautiful. Highly recommend especially if you need a big table for many guests! It’s amazing how big the cabin is! Beautiful farmhouse treasures decorate this spotless cabin. Hope we can stay again!”

“Wedding to attend. Grandchildren 4,5,and6. The watering trough swimming pool is the greatest Great entertainment with no worries. Great place to enjoy without the worries of expecting everything to be off limits for the kids to have fun. Taylor was easy to work with and he made sure everything went smoothly.”

“Stayed here for the State 7on7 Championship and it was a great location!”

“Great place and host. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the place and the amount of room for accommodations. The host was also very accommodating with our checkout time and for that I’m truly grateful.”

“Perfect location.”

“Exactly what my family needed being in town for a week long basketball tournament. A little extra space and privacy and able to cook a few meals. Nice park within walking distance. Very clean and stocked with amenities.”

“Very clean, beds very comfortable Convenient to University”

“The property is very convenient for a visit to Texas A&M, We have stayed here on two different visits to Texas A&M. Bedrooms are very comfortable and the beds are great. Kitchen is very nice and has just enough to get you through a few days. I would definitely stay here again.”

“House was great! Well stocked with coffee, little creamers, pots and pans, plates, etc. We will definitely stay here again.”

“Our stay was great! I did not realize this is attached to the main house which is also rented. It was all good though. We didn’t hear the other guest while we were there. Owners were very responsive when we had WiFi issue and came out and solved it right away. Would recommend staying here. ”

“The property was as described. It is very close to Kyle Field walking distance based on your physical abilities. The owner was very always quick to respond to my messages during our visit. Parking was great and it seems like a nice and safe neighborhood. The drawbacks was there was dust in the vents that was visible and spreading to the ceilings. The supplies we were left to clean with was shredded. The apartment had a musty odor and when you walk out on the terrace you don’t want to look left.……

“This place is just too awesome!!! Cool unit w great decor. Clean and comfortable. Location is amazing! Will stay again. ”

“This was a perfect place to stay for A&M graduation ceremony. So convenient! The inside looks just like the photos. It's very spacious, clean and modern. I would stay here for a month if I needed to. It feels like being at home with every thing you could possibly need. Great communication with the owners as well.”
