Heartland Inn
Heartland was rated a 9 out of ten, we gave it a 5. The room was backed up to the elevator , which we heard all night. Bathroom shower was small. Room had a smell to it. The toilet would make a noise every hour. Hotel needs some updates.

The staff was beyond friendly and helpful! We also welcomed the fact there was onsite laundry facilities due to my special needs daughters mishaps. I just love when a drury is near our destination.

The breakfast was good but go early because not all items are refilled. The floor of the tub/shower in our room need to be resurfaced as parts of the surface appeared to be peeling. The bottles of soap and shampoo in the shower were empty. The TV in our room kept buffering and the sound would randomly ...
