“Very good one”

“The property condition was okay. There was a humming noise in our room which was quite disturbing. I think it was the ice machine that was next to our room. The guest above us kept getting up throughout the night and kept stamping. This lasted into the early hours of the morning I’m not sure what was their problem. The heating system was noisy as well. Despite the noise issued expressed, the hotel was okay.”

“Nice property, so convenient. Great view of the riverfront. Right next to the Mississippi River Museum and the Diamond Jo casino. Waterpark is very young focused, probably under 12, small but very nice. Breakfast was large and well stocked. ”

“The room was not clean, the sink had no stopper. The breakfast was sub parr, cold coffee, fruit bruised or rotten, hot was was luke warm. Check in went well, but finding a front desk person later was not happening. ”

“Overall stay was horrible. Checking in front desk clerk was abrupt and rude. Did not get maid service at all for room. 1st night had to request fresh towels and someone brought some. Next day maid service came and asked them to come a little later was in shower and would be gone in 30 minutes.. Came back that evening room not cleaned nor any maid service. Contacted desk and told if we wanted clean towels had to come down from room and get them ourself. They said maid service was gone and……

“This was the perfect vacation spot with our 3 year old!! Everything was in one place and we didn’t need to leave. We will be back every year! I do have some suggestions for management: -it would be great to receive a handout of all of the activities available at the property. We had no idea about the beach or bike rentals! And it would be helpful to know the hours of the waterpark and restaurant. -it would be awesome if the restaurant had an option for lunch sacks to allow guests to head down……

“Room was clean but rented to have a hot tube room and it did t work. The next morning told the man at the counter and he said that I should have told him that night and he would have fixed it with his sledge hammer will not stay there again. ”

“Breakfast was fresh and good. Parking got some glass broken on the lot.”
