「Clean room, kind staff. Great stay.」

「Everything was in good working order. The setting on top of the hill with the Sioux River is so beautiful. Also, the eagles caught the attention of our grandchildren. Great place to take a family for some rest and relaxation!」

「The water where the pirate ship was very cold. Booked the hotel for the fun water park but my kids didn’t play in that area due to it being pretty cold. Hotel staff we’re nice. Breakfast was good. My kids loved the arcade inside the hotel.」

「The staff were always cheerful and obliging. And once the latest version of the next door restaurant is open, I’m sure the breakfast will be better overall. Trying to eat if there are a lot of people in the pool (this happened on one day), is unpleasant. Also, it’s unfortunate that room housekeeping service is no longer daily. I believe some other hotels have also switched to non-daily room service. But it means having to ask for supplies at the front desk, trash cans overflowing (where do...

「The room was very outdated and musty. Our towels were musty and had yellow on them like they were smoked around or just absorbed air odor. The bed was actually very comfortable. We slept great. Breakfast was great.」

「My stay was brief as I checked in later in the day to catch an early flight to the nearby airport. I did not avail myself of breakfast as I was checking out at 4am. Free transportation was provided from the airport to the hotel and back. The room was impeccably clean and totally comfortable. I would recommend this Baymont hotel to anyone. 」
