"Went to check in waited 30 minutes after calling and text a number that was on the desk. When was finally helped the lady was rude and didn’t answer any of our questions cause we were 30 minutes early from check in but told us we could pay then come back. After waiting and asking if we could eat and have drinks at the bar and told no we had to come back in 30mintues we decided to get a different hotel"

"We had a wonderful experience! They had a great breakfast spread and also had a free dinner service that I wasn’t expecting, which had very good food. The rooms were clean and spacious - though rather pricey for what they were. Pull out couch was not good - you could feel every spring in it. The pool and hot tub were clean, though the pool was rather cold since it was an indoor/outdoor pool."

"Front desk staff was very kind. Hotel next to a nice walk/running path. Room clean with a very comfortable bed. Have stayed here twice when visiting the hospital. Will continue to use this hotel. "

"Heartland was rated a 9 out of ten, we gave it a 5. The room was backed up to the elevator , which we heard all night. Bathroom shower was small. Room had a smell to it. The toilet would make a noise every hour. Hotel needs some updates."
