The safe box was not working. No hot water. Semi outdoor breakfast (nostalgia) settings with local delicacies was a pleasant surprise. A hotel where you get in, you get out.

Hotel needs a renovation/refresh

The rooms need a renovation. TV sound was bad and just too small in today standard, bath room plumbing falling apart. Doors cannot be secured. Carpet has bad smell and dirty.

Aircond not function well. Call Receiption to inform but nobody pick-up call. I call on timeframe between 12.50am to 1.10am. Breakfast not feel tasty- Mee curry so salty. The rest like keow teow fry still need improvement.

Nice family hotel well located for Ipoh centre

A good choice for our first night stop over in Ipoh. Friendly service, large rooms, good breakfast. The hotel has a little bit of wear and tear once you get past reception but everything works and it felt safe.

Apartment room has no wifi making it difficult to connect internet for every family members. No chair inside bed rooms so guest can sit on beds only. Toilet flushing water comes very slow so have to wait for some time before next flush. Car park is full when there is wedding or function so hotel guest has no parking space. Hope improvements can be done.
