「The vacility seemed to be brand new! So clean and new I was afraid to use it! Easy walking distance to the center of town. Advice for the owner: prospective renters need to be aware of the steep and narrow stairs; the unit is on the second floor and I was able to manage it but some elderly friends and family of mine would not be able to. 「This property was a good value. We were in town for a high school graduation so we weren't at the unit very often. The sofa in our unit was old and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was very small. The stairs walking up to the units and our particular unit are very steep. The property manager was very easy to get ahold of and helpful. Overall it is a good value.」
