"The location was good; the facilities were adequate but pretty old and there was a strange smell in the room. Besides, there was water dripping from the cooker hood all the time, which was annoying; we told the female Japanese receptionist about this when we checked out, she told me the water would keep coming down when we turned the cooker hood off. Seriously? It is just ridiculous to ask the hotel guests to listen to the noises from a working cooker hood. And this Japanese receptionist wasn't friendly."
