Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is very nice, close to everything, five minutes walking to museum, 11 minutes to major public transportation. "

"The room was ready and clean when we arrived. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice. We needed a transfer from the KTel bus station due to a taxi strike and Maria at the hotel was very prompt and responsive in helping us get to the hotel. We ate dinner at the hotel and it was very good. The hotel is located at the boardwalk and near the ferries. We travelled in March, so we did not need air conditioning."
