La propiedad está una zona roja, tiene el sello de turismo, pero las habitaciones que les dieron estaban horribles, con techo roto los baños descarapelados de la paredes, sucio como percudido, las camas sucias. Es zona roja.

Esta ubicada en un lugar muy peligroso y las instalaciones no son las correctas y en la cama hay chinches Las puertas no tienen seguro y la electricidad no agarra del todo bien

MAL HOTEL Y PESIMO SERV. D REUBICACIÓN HOTELES.COM

Cuando llegue al hotel no tenian mi reserva ni tenian disponibilidad por lo que no pude alojarme en el mismo, ademas el hotel esta en una zona peligrosa y lleno de prostitutas por alrededor. El servicio de realojamiento de hoteles.com fue PESIMO !!! no me dieron otro hotel ni lugar donde dormir, cuando soy miembro GOLD y fue culpa del sistema de hoteles.com y el hotel no tener disponibilidad una vez reservado. El trato por parte de los operadores telefonicos de hoteles.com fue muy poco profesional y no me resolvieron mi estancia. Si es culpa de hoteles.com y de del hotel tienen la obligación de reubicar al huesped en otro hotel asumiendo los gastos, pero indicaron que no, asi que un ROBO, para futuras reservas lo hare desde otra plataforma y EXIJO una COMPENSACIÓN por no darme solucion !!! MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA !!!

Buen servicio

Todo muy bien. El hotel se encuentra en una zona donde están cerca muchas cosas como el centro, central de autobuses, tiendas de autoservicio etc.

Cerca de la central de autobuses lo único bueno.

El ventilador de techo apenas y funciona, baño sucio con mal olor... cucarachas en la habitación...

ESTOY MOLESTA POR QUE CONSIDERO QUE SON UNA EMPRESA SERIA Y RESPONSABLE, SIN EMBARGO ESTA VEZ EL HOTEL QUE OFRECIERON ES DE MUY MALA CALIDAD, ADEMAS ESTA EN LA ZONA ROSA DE IRAPUATO, EL LUGAR ES DE PROSTITUCIÓN, EN LAS FOTOGRAFIAS SE VEN BIEN LAS HABITACIONES Y EN LA REALIDAD NO ES ASÍ, ESTAN SUCIAS MUY VIEJO TODO Y ADEMAS HAY CUCARACHAS. TUVE QUE PAGAR ESE HOTEL E IRME A OTRO PARA PODER TENER UN LUGAR ADECUADO PARA DORMIR.
