“We had booked our stay here for the 2024 Eclipse and when I tell you this was the PERFECT place, it really was. The unit itself was perfect for the three of us travelling, the common area was open and cozy, and the views (even without totality) were stunning! Johann and Sandi are wonderful hosts who communicated very well with us during our stay. This was the best value and best experience I could have asked for for this event.”

“This house was really great - spotlessly clean, a great quiet area, and the hot tub and large property can't be beat! Plenty of materials for cooking either on the grill or in the house. Bed was super-comfortable as was the couch. The town of Morrisville is about 2.5 miles away and has an amazing donut shop (get there at opening time, they sell out!) and a lovely crushed-stone bike path right in the center. It's about 5-10 minutes to Stowe, which is bigger and has plenty to do. House is just as……

It was spacious enough for relaxation and privacy, making it a perfect spot for my family. The quiet and peaceful area allowed us to spend some quality downtime together. Johnson's small-town atmosphere was welcoming, with friendly local shops and cafes. We would definitely consider staying there again for a calm and peaceful vacation.”

“Instructions on TV were all wrong/out of date, but owner cleared up second day. There are multiple logins listed for Fubo steaming service so owner should clear up all documentation for guests. Stove is not fully functional, but we did need it so it was not an issue for us. One kitchen glass had a crack in it. WiFi and Internet service is not fast, ~4Mbps down, resulting in streaming TV sometimes having to catch up in caching compressed data and delays in using laptop online. It got slower after……

“Very clean home. Perfect location for viewing the 2024 eclipse. We've been to the Northern part of Vermont before but not the Irasburg area. It's very quiet and peaceful. The home is a lovely restored farm house with plenty of room for 8 in our family gathering age range 18-84. We had a great time. Had a check in snafu that was our fault due to the way the vrbo app displays info but resolved quickly. Hope we didn't bother the hosts ;-)”
