“The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. It was also quite noisy facing the main street while windows needed to keep open for ventilation with no air con……

“Hotel was fantastic in every aspect except both of the rooms we had (one in the front and one in the rear of the hotel) were cold throughout the stay despite doing all we could to increase the temperature via the thermostat. Back room was somewhat noisy in the early hours but was to be expected given it is in the centre of Temple Bar. Otherwise fabulous ”

“Zimmer war ein upgrade wegen runden Geburtstag und alles hat gepasst, ruhig in den Hof - sehr sauber! Personal äußerst freundlich und auch an den Geburtstag wurde gedacht. Lage hervorragend - 90% fussläufig zu erreuchen ! Und die Lobby mit eigener Bar lädt zum Cocktail ein Anhängig ist zudem ein Restaurant... 100% Weiterempfehlung für ein paar Nächte in Dublin! ”
