“The cottage was perfect, in a gorgeous area of wild Donegal. Easy walk to a couple of small beaches. Nice shop and pub a few minutes car ride away. The house was cozy and clean, with everything we needed. Anne had let us know that there was a sudden problem with the central heat, and the work needed to be done to fix it would have had the plumber there during our stay, and she didn’t want us bothered. The house was warm enough, and we made a fire in the evenings in the wood stove. Anne actually……

The views from the sitting room and the master bedroom are wonderful. The balcony views overlooking Dublin Bay and Dalkey island are beautiful. The sun rising over the ocean is warm and lovely. The secret locked path to the road below allows you to quickly walk down to a local swimming site (Vico)or a bit farther down the road to 238 stairs up to……

“The initial check-in was very welcoming. The space was clean, airy, and a wonderful welcome gift was waiting for us in the kitchen. Very thoughtful. Our kids loved having their own rooms. The home is very spacious and allowed a family of five great opportunities to gather as well as get some time alone. We loved it!”
