Péssima experiência, não vale a pena o valor cobrado. No geral as áreas em comuns sao boas na parte nova, porém na parte velha cheira a mofo. Na parte da alimentação deixa muuuito a desejar. As comidas como pães e bolos claramente sao amanhecidos e duros. No almoco e jantar a maior parte da comida é sem sabor e sem tempero. Por varias vezes falta abastecimento da comida e as opções feita na hora como tapioca e macarrão, a atendente é EXTREMAMENTE lerda e parece que faz questão de ser assim, formando filas nessas areas. Vim pra comemorar meu 1 ano de casamento, deixei na observação que seria a comemoração pedindo uma decoração especial, mesmo que fosse cobrado, e nao se atentaram ao item. Nao volto mais e nao recomendo!

Se quiser relaxar, não vá para Jurema! Se quiser comer bem, tb. não vá. Com exceção do café da manhã q era mto bom, o almoço e janta eram insossos, sem sabor nenhum, pratos com aparência feia e pior: até comida azeda (cenoura), foi servida! Informei na mesma hr, e nem um pedido de desculpas recebi. Apenas a confirmação de que foi retirado pq estava mesmo azeda, isso pq perguntei. Vc não terá 1 minuto de silêncio! A música (rock pesado etc) muiiito alta começa antes das 8hrs da manhã, assim como a recreação em volume altíssimo, por toda parte, o dia todo. É impossível ouvir o barulho das águas em qquer lugar (Lagos e Jardins). No dia da "contemplação" às garças, tudo q se ouvia era o som alto do Michael Jackson e performance sem nenhum espectador. Da natureza, impossível ouvir qquer som. O apto é mto bom, grande e confortável, mas a estadia não compensa pela comida e sobretudo pela falta de dosagem no barulho infernal o dia todo em todos os lugares! Uma pena pq o lugar é mto bonito!

Quarto amplo e silencioso, banheiro grande e ótimo chuveiro. Check-in e check-out rápidos e eficientes. Ótimo espaço verde e muita natureza. Piscinas boas e limpas e boa variedade de alimentação em todas as refeições. Valores das bebidas são um pouco fora do padrão, mesmo para um resort desse nível. Talvez um all-inclusive, com adequação no valor da diária, possa trazer uma melhor experiência. O som ao vivo nas áreas fechadas (bar e piscina coberta) esteve sempre muito alto, comprometendo o descanso, conversas e bem estar.

O lugar é incrível, as refeições, limpeza, atendimento, tudo perfeito, mas tivemos um problema com nosso apto. Ficamos no 3208 (parte superior). No nosso primeiro dia a água do chuveiro estava apenas "morna", não esquentava. Até ai Ok. O problema maior no nosso apto foi um problema de ruídos provalvemente de encanamentos, vibração... Durante a noite isso fica insuportável pra dormir, já que de minutos em minutos vc escuta esses ruídos e "rangidos". Do restante não há do que reclamar do local.

De maneira geral foi uma ótima estadia. Limpo, novo e organizado, comida boa e atendimento simpatico. Unico ponto negativo crítico e que como devido a características da agua do hotel ela fica é meio escorregadia, então o box do banheiro deveriam ter anti-derrapantes, meu filho de 2 anos quase caiu varias vezes e tive que fazer uma gambiarra colocando toalhas dentro do Box.
