“This hotel is disappointing from a Hyatt Place standard. The hallways has an old, moldy smell. The cushions on my couch look dirty like it needs to be reupholstered. The couch itself was broken. The end that connect was warped and collapsed. The sleep was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The hotel breakfast they offered was not good. Hard boiled eggs was really hard. The pineapple/cantaloupe mix tasted fermented. If you're wanting breakfast, head across the parking lot to Cracker……

“The bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky. Room could use a deep cleaning.”

“The rooms were spacious and clean. I like that the refrigerator was regular size not a mini. The sofa turned into a sleeper bed which was a great addition. Will definitely return to this hotel in the future.”

“Not sure where to start. The first room We were assigned. Well when we opened the door the room was not cleaned. Beds were not made. The next room we had to move due to a strong order. I will never stay in that establishment again. I should have gotten my money back. I strongly recommend that no one stays at this hotel.”

“My only comply was the shower had no slip proof surface. I am not old or I firmed but had to hold on to the bar as not to fall. I would think this is a liability for the property.”

“The Hotel was under renovation, but it didn’t interfere with our very wonderful, peaceful and comfortable stay. The staff maintained cleanliness and safety. The breakfast that came with our stay was FANTASTIC! If I could give all the staff at the Hampton Inn on Clemson Rd in Columbia, SC a 20 out of 5, I would! Thank you❤️ Carol and Tom Cruz Michigan”

“The person checking us in was also the airport shuttle driver. Not her fault but they should have a driver and a person who stays at the property the whole time.”

“The bad part about my stay was that the stairs are on the outside of the building. It was pouring down rain when I arrived. The man in the kiosk at the front desk told me my room was on the 2nd floor but told me the wrong building. So after dragging my bag upstairs in the rain, I had to turn around and go back downstairs in the rain walk to the next building outside in the rain and upstairs to the 2nd floor again. I was drenched and exhausted.”
