After finding stained bedding, dirty windows, walls, curtains, rug, furniture, and a ear piercing fire alarm, that went off every single morning, four days in a row, customer Service took no responsibility and gaslighted myself and the situation.
I would’ve been fine knowing that the person in charge felt a little sympathetic. I am a very positive person, but this was just a learning experience and nothing more. I learned I won’t go back there again.
