「The bedding is not cleaned. It still has hairs and grease from previous guests. The toilet is very dirty with scums and urine marks. I cannot understand why it gets a 9+ rating.」

「The condo was great! Very clean, good location, and it had everything we needed. Our only complaints are the primary bed (the king) was very janky and held together with duct tape and string. It moved like a rocking horse with the slightest movement. Very unrestful. Also, the dishwasher worked perfectly but wasn’t screwed in.
