"Staff was excellent. Rooms where clean. The only downside was the pool was freezing and hot tub floor was filled with debry. The floor in pool area was extremely slippery, my daughter and myself both slipped. Other than that we enjoyed our stay."

"I checked in to a room with someone else's belonging already there.. they double booked the room.. then found a soiled restroom and when I called they said.. we didn't see anything we were just there.. I said I'm sorry you didn't lift the lid.. but my son went to use the restroom and found .. well ..."
