Comfortable and Convenient

We were comfortable, and it was a good location for us, because we went to Guernica one day, using public transportation. The next day we took the bus to Hondarribia, where we rented a car for the rest of our stay. And then we took day trips to Aduna, Biarritz, Saint John de Luz, Hendaye and Bayonne. We had breakfast and dinner in our apartment, and enjoyed relaxing at night. Often, we went to the nearby park and read, before coming in for the night. It was enjoyable to watch the children play. The apartment included free garage parking, which was greatly appreciated.

El anuncio no indica que el único dormitorio se encuentra en planta baja. Pese a tratarse de un edificio relativamente moderno el apartamento carecía de un mantenimiento adecuado: no funcionaba la iluminación del dormitorio, el baño no disponía de colgador de toallas ni mueble o estante para dejar los artículos de aseo. Y las cañerías de agua del edificio producen bastante ruido. Lo mejor era que disponía de plaza de garaje cercana. Un poco caro para lo que ofrece.

Apartamento en un barrio tranquilo. Con unos pocos detalles decorativos podría mejorar mucho. Algunos elementos están un poco asados por el uso y el tiempo (funda del sofá, soporte del telefónico de la ducha...)

Fantástica y confortable estancia en el País Vasco

Ante todo se ha de describir al propietario Mikel como una excelente persona y muy generoso, cordial, atento, afectuoso y agradable con nosotros. El piso esta situado estupendamente, con muy buenos accesos y salidas; aparte dispone de un garaje para dejar el coche; está muy bien equipado no le falta de nada, todo nuevo y muy limpio. Las vacaciones por el Pais Vasco fabulosas, y como bien dice Mikel para estar a gusto "uno se ha de sentir como en casa". Disfrutamos de bonitas excursiones por todo el País Vasco, todo está muy cerca y muy bien comunicado. Recomiendo visiten Irún a todo tipo de familias pués Mikel no le decepcionará sino todo lo contrario, tendrán un buen amigo para lo que necesiten.
