「The hotel is very close to the bus station and the supermarket. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to Bayonne or Biarritz by bus. The staffs were nice and willing to assist us during our stay. The light in the toilet was not enough but it was not a big problem. It is a budget choice when cheaper rooms in Bayonne and Biarritz are full booking.」

「The room was clean. The welcome was great. All interactions with the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our breakfast and impressed that it included fresh fruit (many places don't offer this), dinner was good. The location, free parking and the lovely staff made this a perfect choice. 「The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway. Room is small and bed not too comfortable. Asked for 5am morning call they said ok but ended up no one called. The only thing I like was the dinner at their restaurant which was surprisingly...

「Love these hotels. Modern Bright Cheery. Super professional staff. A feeling of community not a hotel. People of all ages mixing together. Love the rooms. Could not even tell there was a busy street and a highway of sorts right outside our window. Never heard a sound. Food in the restaurant was reasonably priced and very good. This is the second city Zi have stayed at a The Social Hub and both have been great 」

「Great location to stay and visit San Sebastian. Outside the City Center, but 8-10 minutes in a taxi. Public trasportation stops right in front of the hotel and it takes you directly to the City Center area. Very safe and convenient. 」
