“Note to future renters: there are no ceiling fans. If you're someone who likes to have air moving, pack a travel size fan. There are also no tvs in the bedrooms. The living room is okay. 1 comfy couch and 2 sitting chairs. If you're group is larger than 3 it's not a great community area, but it's the only chill option. The backyard is great, but could use more seating. This home is close to LOTS of stores and restaurants and only a 15 minute drive to the beach. The neighborhood is lively. Cars……

“Our family recently stayed at this location. The unit sleeps 8 and there were 5 of us, although originally it was booked for 4 people. The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person. The listing never stated that they charged per guest. The property also did not accommodate 8 people at the table for a meal. There were only 3 chairs (one was broken). The living room had a small……

“Our group of 6 had an outstanding experience at this house! Vivian was a great host - she was prompt and friendly to communicate with! We had a small issue with a non-working stove-top and she was able to fix it the same day we reported it. We highly recommend the house for its location, cleanliness and comfortability and would certainly stay here again!”

“Kevin was such a nice host and was very communicative with me in getting the night through smoothly for my cousin's wedding party. As my first experience in using Vrbo, I had many questions, and he answered them efficiently. The house was as expected and super clean (You understand why shoes are not allowed inside haha). Bedrooms, bathrooms, garage, kitchen and living room were beautiful.Only thing I would recommend is adjusting check out time to 11 AM instead of 10 AM. Noise level is pretty……

“It was average. I don't love not having hand towels. I'm not sure how it's eco-friendly to use papertowels to dry your hands. We were given an extra three towels and like other reviewers have said, very thin below-average towels that have been very well-used. The couches were very uncomfortable. The beds were fine, but no top sheet which I did not appreciate because I'm guessing they aren't washing those comforters between guests. It was in a decent neighborhood. We appreciated the kitchen……
