Royal Isabella is a beautiful and well maintained property. The staff was helpful the room was clean and comfortable. Patio and plunge pool were awesome! Only issue was the renovation noise which I wish we had known before we booked.

The property is currently undergoing renovations and there are construction workers working/noise during the day. The Casita we stayed in had just been renovated. It was nicely done, the new upgrades like the TV and furnishing added a nice touch to the overall experience. We have stayed before and it’s the perfect place to relax and disconnect.

We had a wonderful stay but what truly made our experience stand out was the exceptional service provided by Luis. He went above and beyond to help us throughout our visit, from assisting us with getting to our room to helping us recover a balloon that was special to us. His kindness, attentiveness and willingness to help made a meaningful difference in the service we received and in our overall experience. Luis is a great example of outstanding hospitality and we truly appreciate everything he did for us! I believe he works as BELLSERVICE, since he helped us take our luggage to our room upon our arrival.

Royal Isabela is a nice relaxing resort. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay a great experience. The special turn down service with nightly special baked goods was appreciated. We enjoyed the grounds and the tour at sunset provided a great opportunity to take photos. The 171 steps to the private beach was a hike. The path was safe and the beach was breathtaking.

My fiancé and I recently took a short trip to Royal Isabela to experience the property before celebrating our wedding there next April. During our visit, we had the opportunity to meet with the staff and enjoy a full tour of the grounds. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel incredibly welcome. The property is absolutely beautiful, and the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. We also enjoyed several meals during our stay—the food was delicious, and the drinks were excellent. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We left with no complaints and even more excitement for our wedding day. We can't wait to celebrate such a special occasion in such a stunning place and are looking forward to returning next April!

I absolutely loved my stay at Royal Isabel in Puerto Rico! The bungalows were the highlight of my trip as they are beautiful, comfortable, private, and create such a peaceful atmosphere. They made my stay feel like the perfect getaway. The property has an incredible wellness vibe, making it easy to relax, recharge, and truly disconnect. Whether you're looking for a quiet retreat or an active vacation, it offers the best of both worlds. The golf course is outstanding, beautifully maintained, challenging, and surrounded by stunning scenery. It was definitely one of the highlights of my visit. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Everyone was attentive and went out of their way to make sure I had a wonderful experience. The property is spotless, well maintained, and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend Royal Isabel to anyone visiting Puerto Rico. Between the beautiful bungalows, relaxing wellness atmosphere, exceptional golf course, and outstanding hospitality, it's a destination I can't wait to return to!
