The pics of the property are deceiving. The Jacuzzi/hot tub didn't heat itself, had to constantly run back and forth to keep adding hot water to get it warm. Only 2 jets out of the whole warm tub worked. The bed swing is dilapidated and one of the 2 swings was laying on the ground broken. The door had no guts in it so when it rained water came in which caused me to slip on the rubber mat they had in front of the door taking a chunk of meat out of my foot on the edge of tile. Only way to keep it closed was the electronic lock on it which batteries need changing. There are mold spots across the ceiling of the dome inside. There were 2 plastic chairs we had available to sit in at the plastic card table and the one I sat in broke dumping me onto the tile. The solar lights do not work and were replaced with cheap stick in the ground ones that gave off very little. The lights on the swing bed haven't worked in a very long time. Battery powered. There was no wood for the fire pit. Had to scrounge through the woods. The faucet on outdoor kitchen sink is just about to completely fall off. Shower wand only has cold water, main shower is hot. There were no wash cloths or beach towels so bring them. No hair dryer, bring one. Hammock was filled with spider nests and eggs. The best for last...Don't expect any peace and quiet!!! You are BOMBARDED with practically deafening farm noise just through the foliage...starting at 4 am, roosters, dogs, sheep, cows etc..i have pics and vid...
