"Our stay in Black Point at Ernestine’s home was an absolutely wonderful experience. The views from the property are spectacular, and the home itself is beautifully updated. The showers had excellent water pressure, and the air conditioning kept the house perfectly cool, which is incredibly important after long days out on the water.Ernestine was fantastic. She made everything easy, from arranging our golf cart rental to ensuring that my boat was docked in the perfect marina, located less than 100 yards from the property. The marina itself was excellent, with very helpful people, a small and friendly atmosphere, and a great little restaurant.One thing that really stood out was how safe we felt. I left expensive fishing equipment, including electric reels and other gear, on the boat the entire time. I was told there were cameras, but more importantly, the honesty and character of the local people were evident—absolutely nothing went missing.I could not be happier with our stay. Black Point was welcoming, peaceful, and incredibly safe. Between the beautiful home, the amazing marina, and the kindness of the locals, this was one of the highlights of our trip. I am already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended."

"If you’re looking for a small island vibe with nice locals, this is the place to be. I had the pleasure of having this stay with Ida and it was a good experience. Communication will be a bit spotty due to service but she will eventually reach back out. Worthwhile to communicate via WhatsApp. Very clean facility with a great view. There is air conditioning in every room and a nice cross breeze if you open up the doors. The town is very small itself, food is a little pricey due to things having to be imported but that’s how it is on the island so don’t expect a sticker shock. If you are looking to island hop, quite easy to get a ride to get to Staniel Cay but there’s also great beaches on this island that are secluded. I only stayed for 1.5 days but would stay for a longer period of time. Nice little break from the real world, do it, you won’t regret it!"

"Runaway and the team around the house was amazing. House was comfortable, nice layout, the outdoor design was amazing with a great pool and direct beach access. Golf carts were great and the team coordinated everything with perfection. We would stay here again and again again."

"Fantastic, it’s the paradiseFar better than we imagined : the location and the view are amazing, the cottage is perfect with all you need.If you want to relax, enjoy the Exumas cays, in my opinion Blackpoint is much better than Staniel Cay that is very busy and noisy.Derren picked up us at the airport and dropped off. We appreciated also the boat ride with him.I warmly recommend "
