“We were welcomed with such warmth and offered a glass of bubbles or a non-alcoholic drink on arrival. We were given a family room not far from the rocky beach, with stunning views and perfectly placed sunbeds within the cove. The only downside was that we got caught in heavy rain, which unfortunately flooded our room. The staff quickly moved us to a room on the 2nd floor inside the hotel—what a beautiful room!—but it did mean we had to move all our suitcases up and down, as we had to retun back……

“A glorious resort and thermal spa in the charming town of Lacco Ameno, 10 minutes walk from the public beach and with several excellent restaurants within a few minutes walk. Staff is wonderful, the thermal pools varied and very restorative and our room was large and comfortable. My only criticism would be our tiny tiny shower cubicle but otherwise our five days there were great.”

“Staff is excellent. Shuttle service is free and will take you to surrounding areas and they will arrange to pick you up. Really convenient. Breakfast is included, and the multiple restaurants in the hotel are excellent. Pool and view from rooms..incredible. Rooms are clean. ”

“AMAZING HOTEL! Beautiful property. All the staff were amazing from our shuttle driver Antonio, our desk personnel and our amazing restaurant people including Enzo. So personal with all of us. Hotel and pool were beautiful. Highly recommended.”

“Amazing place to stay that is walking distance to loads of great spots. Breakfast is superb & staff are very helpful and attentive. The view from the beach with a limoncello spritz is amazing.”

“The suite was gorgeous. The thermal pools were delightful as was the staff. The dinner was delicious and so was breakfast. We loved walking down to the ocean and swimming off the dock. The views were incredible!”

“Had a great stay here! Very welcoming! Our flight landed very late due to delays, we were able to catch the last ferry to ischia and hotel info said last check in was at 21:00 but we got there around 23:30 and they let us check in still and Antonio saved us dinner and served us some dinner even when dinner was already done hours ago. Hotel was very clean. They made our bed and gave us new towels every day. Walking distance to forio and Poseidon park which made it great. Their breakfast was……
