“The rooms were boiling hot, the assigned room was 29.8C and the windows could not be opened. No initiative from the front staff to do anything about the situation. Was moved to a different room and had to pay additional charges just to be able to open the window. Disgrace for a hotel to operate with room so hot and then charge for a similar room, I would get it if the new room had AC but nope. During one morning someone had their stuff stolen from the hotel.”

“Storage space is a bit small for the room, the bed is comfortable and lighting have four mode for choice which is interesting. The kitchen is pretty small. Bathroom is fine and clean esp. non-peak hour. It’s a pretty good hostel as my experienced. ”

“The city view studio room was a cute place, but it was impractical. You either had delay sideways on your bed or just not turn the TV on… we ended up asking if we could bring up two chairs from the dining room room and put them beside the bed and use the bed as a footstool.. which they wholeheartedly agreed to because obviously they know what the layout is ridiculous too! The buffet breakfast look nice but nothing was particularly warm including the scrambled eggs she just put into the dish……

“Room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay especially if you are a sports fan but quite far from main activities. Breakfast was good Was good and tasty with several options to choose from.”

“it seems the hotel has just finished the renovation, but no remarkable improvement was in sight; the price is a bit high in terms of valve for money; local transportion to town centre is convinience if you knows how to take the bus & metro; breakfast is ok.”

“Hotel was very basic, bed was ok but far from the most comfortable. But, I didn’t book it for luxury, I booked it for a cheap room. The breakfast was mediocre at best, definitely not worth getting at about £18 a head for some bread, half a cup of coffee and a few slices of cheap ham.”

“Good location, fair price, tasty breakfast , and pizza buffet, free beers, rooftop views, helpful and friendly staffs. Walking distance to the harbour front and site seeing points.”

“酒店周圍有食店, 觀光點, 購物商場, 地鐵站就在旁邊, 非常方便。房間寬敞舒適, 有水壺可以泡茶或咖啡。早餐食品種類很豐富, 服務人員笑容滿臉, 樂於幫助, 這是讓我多次入住的原因。 如果硬要找不好的地方, 唯一可說的是淋浴的花灑不夠力而已, 但不算什麼問題。”

“Odd. 4 hotels under the same ownership, with shared entrance & shared breakfast room. Arriving at reception no reservation was found & we were directed to the coffee lounge at the other side of the entrance area. We dragged our bags up the steps & the busy staff member greeted us at the checkout after making 4 coffees & delivering pastries. This was the checkin for Henriks hotel & we did have a reservation. This part of the building is newly refurbished & pleasantly done if a little impractical.……
