Each guest is provided with a locker to store personal belongings and slippers to wear before entering the capsule, which adds a nice touch of cleanliness and organization. We even went to the property as instructed by VRBO and were left standing on the street for over three hours while we dealt with Vrbo on the phone. An extremely disappointing experience as we had no support from anyone. We have yet to be credited for this. This post should be removed from the site as they did not fulfil the obligations.
