Comfortable apartment in a great location.

We (a couple) stayed here in February/March. Cesar (and family) met us on arrival at the property and were available (by phone) throughout the holiday. They were very helpful both before and during our stay. The apartment is in a great position overlooking the sea and catching the afternoon and evening sun even at this time of year. The gardens open out onto the beach which is 25kms long and which was virtually deserted. Fantastic for a winter getaway. The apartment is very clean and well stocked and the bedroom and balcony are particularly spacious. There is a designated space in the underground carpark which would be a real bonus in the busy summer months. Islantilla is very, very quiet at this time of year, but there are a few local restaurants open (Pavarotti, Bahia and Mirador) and several more a 20 minute walk away in La Antilla (La Fonda is good value). There is also a large supermarket nearby. A great apartment for a winter break.

Vacaciones en junio estupendas

Un alojamiento bonito, cuidado, con todo lo necesario.Buena comunicacion con el propietario. Se agradece tener aparcamiento incluido, porque la zona esta muy concurrida y tiene parkimetros. Muy buen residencial, piscina, playa, vecinos, zona comercial, restauracion y de ocio muy cerca. Zona tranquila sin ruidos ni molestias. Totalmente recomendable para pasar unos dias solo o en familia.

Super Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend!

Ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt, obwohl das Wetter nicht immer mitspielte. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und wenn was benötigt wird sind die Gastgeber sofort zur Stelle. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Excelente Apartamento

Adoramos este apartamento. Estava tudo conforme descrito no anúncio. A piscina era maravilhosa, toda a área envolvente do condomínio estava sempre cuidado. Os assistentes no condomínio eram muito simpáticos. A casa tem todas as comodidades necessárias para umas boas férias. Tem muita segurança. A praia é logo em frente, temos restaurantes perto, centro comercial e supermercados, as noites na rua eram movimentadas. Correu tudo muito bem.
