"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My stay at OZ Hotel Collection was absolutely outstanding! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and their kindness truly made my birthday trip unforgettable. The hotel is modern, stylish, and impeccably clean. My room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a great bed and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety each morning. I also loved the rooftop area, which provided a beautiful place to unwind after a day of exploring Cartagena. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and only a quick ride to the historic walled city, making it easy to experience the best of Cartagena. What stood out most was the outstanding customer service. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and eager to help with recommendations or any request. Their attention to detail made me feel truly valued as a guest. I highly recommend OZ Hotel Collection to anyone visiting Cartagena. "We were honored to be the first guests after Isla Azul’s reopening under new management. The hotel manager Pedro is exceptionally friendly and customer-focused. He and his team were a highlight of our stay. He coordinated awe-inspiring snorkeling and phytoplankton tours with an experienced local guide. The restaurant chef whipped up delicious local favorites, made to order, and the piña coladas were nice and cold! The hotel was still in the process of renovating during our stay, so I expect that our short list of less-than-perfect’s will be improved in the near future. Overall, the rustic island atmosphere was a welcome respite from the bustle of Cartagena. The accommodations were basic but comfortable (working AC!) and we felt exceptionally looked-after by all the staff. As an added bonus, for others like us who are used to having to shake our shoes every morning in the tropics, there seem to be virtually NO dangerous plants/animals on the island – no poisonous snakes, no sharks, no crocodiles – just hermit crabs and a few mosquitos (and even those weren’t that bad). Looking forward to seeing this hotel blossom and thrive!"

"Blimey, what a spot. Absolutely stellar stay. You’re right on the beachfront, which is ideal for pretending you're in a movie until a wave hits your ankles. The skyline views of downtown are a bit of a looker, too. Food was gorgeous, and the staff were absolute legends—sorted us out with zero fuss. Honestly, 10/10, would willingly risk the sunburn to stay here again."
