José, Damián, no los mencionó a todos porque no recuerdo sus nombres, pero todos fueron fantásticos, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. El lugar, la habitación, el servicio, hospitalidad, en general todo. Mis palabras no le hacen justicia al lugar. Solo puedo decir que es un 100% recomendado. “¡Una estadía sencillamente increíble! El lugar perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar. Primero que todo, hay que destacar el trabajo de Fabio, quien es el alma y el capitán del hotel. Sin duda, el mejor anfitrión que hemos tenido. Estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento y hasta nos sorprendió con un upgrade de habitación. Su nivel de atención es de otro nivel: el día que nos íbamos a las 6:30 a. m., se encargó personalmente de buscarnos y gestionarnos la lancha temprana que necesitábamos……

“We were honored to be the first guests after Isla Azul’s reopening under new management. The hotel manager Pedro is exceptionally friendly and customer-focused. He and his team were a highlight of our stay. He coordinated awe-inspiring snorkeling and phytoplankton tours with an experienced local guide. The restaurant chef whipped up delicious local favorites, made to order, and the piña coladas were nice and cold! The hotel was still in the process of renovating during our stay, so I expect that……

“Cela a l’air bien sur les photos mais c’est du camping confortable en fait… Le personnel était respectueux mais nous avons dû quitter les lieux et trouver un hôtel à côté pour dormir car cela n’était pas du tout le séjour qu’on avait en tête. Attention aux photos! Il n’y a ni clim, ni moustiquaires (présence d’un ventilo sur pieds). A part la chambre l’hôtel n’offre aucun autre espace de chillage vraiment à part la salle à manger. Juste une chambre dans laquelle dormir et un 3min de marche en……
