El personal es muy amable, te dan toda la información que necesitas, están en comunicación constante con el cliente, la habitación bien, servicios bien, en general es un hotel agradable, es importante que cuidan la fauna, solo que cuiden mucho a los gatitos, porque los que encontramos, tienen cortados los bigotes y eso les hace daño a los gatitos. Estamos agradecidos con el lugar.

Not the hotel's fault, but the beach is discusting. Black murky water that i've read likely contains sewage. There is a new multi-story hotel being constructed next door, but the noise wasn't too bad. The beach area is divided and unless you're willing to buy food/drinks from the affiliated beach club, you can't use the lounges, etc. actualy at the water. Hoever, given how discusuting it was, you probably woudn't want to anyway. Beautifl propety and great staff, tho. Knowing what i know about the location, i would not stay there again.

Stayed for 4 night end of May. Property is beautiful and grounds maintained daily. Staff were all helpful and pleasant and the breakfast included fresh fruit along with choice off eggs your style and bacon. Location was great for sunsets and also walking into town for dinners.

Unkind and Greedy

The treatment by the staff left us with such a bad taste. My husband and I paid for the beachfront room with king/double beds (so not a cheap room). We arrived late after check-in due to torrential rainstorms traveling to the island and paid for a late check-out (until 3pm) the next day to enjoy the beach and wait for our friends who were arriving on the island to meet us. Our friends arrived at 2pm...overheated and sweaty...they had a baby who was obviously flushed and sweating. We had paid for our room up until 3pm so we invited them to come into our room to cool off in the AC before we checked out. The hotel staff would not let them enter our room citing it was "against the rules" because our friends were ?"staying at another hotel"? The staff DID say though that they could sit at the outside bar to wait for us if they paid 400 pesos a head. We asked them several times if we could just let the baby cool off in the room's AC while we packed in advance of the 3pm check-out we paid for. Without any kindness or sympathy, they refused...but again let us know that for more money, our friends with an overheated baby could sit at their bar to wait. Mind you, this was the off-season (mid-May) so the hotel was fairly empty. The staff said it was their boss who made them enforce the rules but when we asked to speak with their boss, they said the boss was not there. We ended up packing and leaving in a hurry. Can't relate to the other reviews about how hospitable this staff was....

El hotel esta muy bonito, limpio y el servicio es excelente. Su restaurante es buenísimo. Lo malo es que los taxis que pasan cerca son muy ruidosos y la playa de enfrente estaba negra y olía mal.

Beautiful, clean and super family friendly!

We absolutely loved staying here!! Stayed with our two young kids in a garden view two double bed room and it was perfect. Very clean. A huge bonus was the huge green garden shaded by palm trees. I enjoyed time on my yoga mat here every day, while being able to keep an eye on the kiddos in the pool. The included breakfast was good but got a little old towards the end (we stayed 10 days). Even though the hotel was fully booked it didn’t feel busy at all, there was always sun chairs and the kids just loved digging in the sand from morning til night. My only complaint is that I wish the hotel would rake the seaweed off the beach. But aside from that the whole property was so clean and in beautiful shape and staff was super friendly! Would definitely come back!
