Room was perfect. Staff very friendly but language barrier was difficult. Huge huge turnover of staff which was alarming. The ALL Inclusive package we purchased was very misleading and items that were to be included were not. Restaurant clean and lovely but the menu NEEDS to rotate items. Very very certain our vodka (sky) was substituted for the cheaper house vodka. It is a clear taste difference. When I'd asked to taste the two varies in a taste test.... bar tender didn't deny and let me upgrade to what we rightfully paid for. Also, all inclusive was not as delivered for menu items too. Felt very nickle-and-dimed if we wanted to have something different then on the "list of inclusions/menus'. very cheap appeal. If we would have known from the beginning we would have just paid the extra regardless beforehand. maybe Tier the all inclusive idea. Basic all inclusive privillage all inclusive with top shelf on all....
Welcome brochure - hours of places vary. Dining room is really only the Cafe' in that the other place is more of a sports hangout.

Went down with couple friends. Found the staff very helpful. And quick to make our stay very comfortable. Nice assortment of food and drink options. Great setting away from north beach that can be more loud and crowded. Close to couple other beach clubs and nearby restaurants

The staff was wonderful. We especially appreciated Martin one of the wonderful servers. We did all inclusive and it was worth it if not spectacular. Some things were very good while others were not as appealing. There are few activities at least while we were there. It was clean and lovely and much less crowded than the north end of the Island.

Fav things were room and hotel cleanliness. Room was spacious with a great bathroom and outdoor patio (ground level). Staff are friendly and efficient. There’s a gym with usual gym equipment in good condition. Restaurant had a good breakfast buffet. Lots of lounge chairs around pool and on beach. Taxis always available out front as well as local bus.

Room was okay staff were very nice and helpful-Food and restaurant-(stated multiple restaurants but there was only 1) were below par- stayed all inclusive and many things were not all inclusive. Told somethings were a price but then once you purchased -price was higher. A TV was set up for Super Bowl- but they wanted to charge to sit near tv and to have the buffet/drinks supplied for Super Bowl which you could get the same stuff in the restaurant. I would not chose to stay here again.

Great hotel for the price point!, incredibly comfortable bed, updated and spacious rooms. Overall a tidy well kept space. It appears the hotel is under staffed hotel staff tries hard and are friendly. It was apparent upper management was on site, but would not adopt an all hands on deck to help when busy. When house keeping tended to our room, we were more often than not left with no hand towels, toilet paper, or bath matt. Restaurant menu was supposed to rotate between Italian and Mexican every other day, while there over 11 nights it changed once. Pool towels are the rarity to find. There is only ever 2 or 3 available at one time. Servers in restaurant, lounge and beach bar were friendly.

Clean rooms. Room service is not included in all inclusive price even though we were told it was an option when we checked in The rooftop pool is nice but the bar was never opened. The pools are freezing cold, would be nice if they were heated. Had to always ask for more bottles of water, wash clothes and hand towels. Our room was missing a mini fridge. The breakfast buffet is great- omelet station is really good. The buffet server's bust their butts-great service!!! The 2nd restaurant NUMA was never open. The bar service could be a lot better.

The staff were amazing! Very clean. Beautiful beach views. I liked being on the more peaceful side of the island. We were able to rent a golf cart for our daily adventures. I will definitely go back there in the future.

The room smelled moldy and after 2 days of coughing and congestion, I asked to change rooms. The hotel was practically empty, but they seemed like it was an inconvenience. Then after changing rooms, a pair of jeans and a charger were left in the other room, but staff had no idea where any of it went to. We asked for several days, to no avail. Staff was polite otherwise.
