“In der ersten Nacht befand sich eine Maus in unserem Zimmer. Wir waren nicht sicher, ob sie weg war oder nicht. Als sie am Morgen auf dem Nachttisch war, baten wir um ein anderes Zimmer.
Wir erhielten ein anderes kleineres Zimmer.
Das Frühstücksbuffet entsprach nicht dem von uns gewohnten Standard.
Der Zustand des Hotels ist ok, bräuchte aber auch wieder eine Rennovation.”
“We stayed for four nights in the jungle lodge with ocean view. The lodge and view were excellent. The lodge is rustic but comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, clean bedrooms and bathroom. We got a kick out of the outdoor showers! The staff were helpful and attentive, however, the primary way of communicating is via WhatsApp and the responsiveness and clarity could use improvement. The pool, beach and zipline are all worthwhile experiences. The hotel staff will help you reserve……
“an exceptional wellness hotel, small in size and giant in exceptional and Service and Luxury and the things you can’t buy like peace and quiet and freedom from screeching, ill-mannered young children.
It was an added bonus to find out the hotel was child-free. We have stayed at some amazing luxury properties, but the bug bear is always the screaming children and I’m talking, screaming and howlering and racing around and hogging all the attention and the parents do nothing but look at their……
“Everyone went above & beyond . The owner & all the staff especially the young woman managing the restaurant. The place is beyond cute . The owner is an artist . I stayed at resort the whole time to relax . I ate all my meals there & I am a foodie & they were all excellent. Something for everyone . My room was on the water with big glass sliding doors & A/C. Good for families & couples & singles of all ages . Wonderful.”
“Great place in a little paradise with the perfect beach front location. A place to slow down, recharge and rest. One of those places you will come back again and again. Operated by the owners in a very family way, making you feel like home”
“My stay at the Lodge at Punta Rica was one of the most enjoyable and relaxing vacations I have ever had. Nestled on a hilltop on Bastimentos Island and overlooking the Caribbean Sea, the lodge was a peaceful haven of tranquility, beauty, and relaxation—exactly what I needed after a hectic and stressful season of life. The hotel staff met me at the airport and transported me by boat to Bastimentos Island, a short 20-minute ride from Bocas del Toro Isla Colón.
Brian and Dan, the owners of the……
“The staff is very helpful and attentive, the hotel is beautiful, sparkling clean and the garden is lush. I need to mention that entry with a vehicle can be be difficult because the gate can be opened only from the reception and if no one is available, there is just no way to open it. And it is a longish walk from the gate to the hotel, which we had to do under pouring rain to get to our taxi outside. Other than that, the stay was amazing and even better than expected for the price. Honestly……
“What a gorgeous beach! This was a magical place with the friendliest staff, a great restaurant, and beautiful accommodations. I chose the Jungalow room because I wanted to be immersed in nature. The structure was rustic, but it was so cool hearing all the jungle noises while I slept. The shower was also big and open to the jungle, which was really cool. My friend chose a newer air-conditioned room, which was really lovely. We met travelers from all over and we’re having breakfast with them by……
