「Tatjana was very helpful with information prior to arrival, including the costs and processes to arrive at Santa Cruz. She also arranged the taxi that was on time and efficiently got us to the VRBO. There is AC in the bedroom and a new washer/dryer. They also had 2 bicycles and some snorkel equipment. Very nice to have these amenities!」

「It can be a little intimidating coming to a new country so it was a relief that our hosts were bilingual and extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. We were in the Galápagos for 10 days and had done no pre planning. No worries there because Donna got right to work setting up wonderful excursions to remote islands and even had snorkeling gear to lone to us. We walked everywhere but could have gotten one of the plentiful taxis for only $1.50 per ride. The food in Santa Cruz...
