“It's a beautiful resort and the staff was friendly and helpful. We only encountered 2 disappointments: The first day the music at the pool was so loud we couldn't converse among ourselves, but after requesting the volume was reduced. The second was the temperature of the pool was HOT, I mean easily in the 90s or higher! We felt it coming out of the input valves and it felt like hot tub temps! “Like a slice of paradise!!! Laura and the lady that gave me some vegan swiss cheese when i asked where was the closest place to get cheese,lol were incredible. I felt like i was in a beautiful doll house when i walked into the key lime suite. We snorkeled and watched the sunset every night. Hot tub and pool were immaculate. Grounds keeper/ handyman so nice and kept everything like an oasis. Adults only made it easier to interact with all the other guests as they weren’t taken care of kids. Can’t……
