“My family was in town for a memorial service and this house was perfect for what we needed. We could all spread out and also had a serene place to gather and be a family. Accommodations were wonderful with a private bath for the each of us. Thank you for providing us a great place to stay.”

“My family and I had a great stay during the Christmas holiday. The house was clean and had everything we needed for 10 of us, including updated kitchen and bathrooms. We would rent again!”

“We had a very good time. Emanuele and Francesco were very welcoming and gave us good tips to discover the city. Yuki and Lenu are lovely cats <3. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and close to the subway, making it very easy to go to Manhattan. I recommend this place and would stay again.”

“The home is beautiful. Totally fenced backyard. Great location, safe neighborhood. Host is very responsive. The bedrooms are upstairs. The only thing to be aware of is that the listing states 1 queen & 1 double bed. But the “double” is actually a twin bed, so 2 adults can not fit in that bed. We were 3 adults so that didn’t affect our stay. There is a bedroom on the first floor with a twin bed that the host might be willing to open for you.”

“I felt very lucky to find this affordable room for my work/play trip to NYC. It is located super conveniently to three different train lines and a whole host of bars, bodegas, and restaurants which for a 9-day stay, was a great perk. I also appreciated having access to a full kitchen with supplies to save a little from eating out constantly. “Close walk to the beach in a nice frendly neighborhood. The place was gorgious, though the linens a little rough. Kyle was a kind and thourough manager who was availible when we needed him. Biggest issue was that a night had to park a block or two away”
