“A bright, spacious apartment with everything we needed and a well fitted kitchen and comfortable lounge. It’s just a short mile walk to the centre of Trearddur and Sea Shanty restaurant, down a pretty lane of similar properties. We loved the refreshing 15 min stroll out to the beaches and eateries in the evenings and got the teenagers to embrace it too! The Prosecco and large box of chocolates waiting for us was a very kind touch and much appreciated! We had a super 5 day break and thank you……

“Great location for the beautiful beach and walking routes. Easy parking and nice to be able to keep an eye on the car from the apartment. Comfortable place to stay for a few days, had pretty much everything we needed. Useful information provided. Very quiet in the building when we were there although obviously out of season.”

“Amazing property - a beautifully restored wind and water mill in a lovely location. Three generations in the family plus our wonderful grandog had a grat time- 2 years to 65! Everything from kitchen / beds / showers / baths were just perfect. Cannot recommend highly ennough.”

“A very modern and compact en-suite room with comfy bed, settee and television. There is a shared kitchen/dining area and a pleasant outside seating area. The cooking facilities are very minimal - microwave, small air-fryer, toaster & kettle. If self-catering, the downside is not having a hob or freezer compartment in the fridge, but meals are available in the pub downstairs. The location is very quiet and peaceful, within 15 minutes drive of Beaumaris, and there is ample parking space in the pub……

“We had the best Christmas & New year in this property. John was there to meet us and make sure we had everything we needed. The location is great, waking up to watch the sunrise over the mountais and sea was just perfect. We will definitely return in the future”

“The views are fantastic. Fabulous view down to the sea from living room and twin bedroom. The accommodation is very spacious, large bathroom with shower. The living room was comfortable. There was everything you could need in the kitchen to prepare meals. The seating area directly outside the apartment, was good, especially when the sun was shining, it was a sun trap. I enjoyed my stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future.”

“A neat little house, well laid out and well stocked kitchen and useful utility room. Well placed for central Rhosneigr. A sweet garden which has table and chairs. However there are issues of internal damp that need addressing for health issues. As all the bedroom and sitting room windows let directly onto the pavement at the main town intersection there is no privacy should you open the blinds (and no semi opaque film which would help), and no baffle against street noise if you want to ventilate……

“16th June 2025 This is a fantastic property which is located close to the centre of Menai. We were 11 adults all of whom were more than satisfied with the house and its location. We used the property to surprise 2 of the guests who were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. The house was great for allowing us to hold our own celebrations and self cater. There were a few issues worth mentioning. Some of the bedroom tv's did not work.With regard to catering (for a party of 11) the kitchen……

“We stayed at Sea Breeze a couple of years ago and thought it was a great apartment. However, it’s now in need of a little TLC. Some of the walls could do with a lick of paint and a few holes need filling. The handheld shower head was also broken. That said, the location is excellent and the apartment is still really comfortable, so we’d probably stay again.”
