This charming second-floor apartment offers breathtaking views over the Menai Strait and Snowdonia mountain range, providing the perfect base for families or small groups. The accommodation includes three well-appointed bedrooms: a zip/link king-size bed (which can be configured into two singles upon request), a twin bedroom, and a set of full-sized bunk beds, ideal for children. The spacious lounge boasts large sea-facing windows that fill the room with natural light and scenic views. A comfortable corner sofa invites family gatherings for games or relaxation. Guests will also find a well-equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals, though Beaumaris' renowned restaurants and takeaways are just a short walk away.

Located on the seafront in Beaumaris, the apartment overlooks Gallows Point's boatyard and Bangor's Pier, offering a prime spot to watch regattas or enjoy the tranquil coastal beauty. I recently stayed at the property in August 2025. Whilst the property has everything you need (bar car parking) and is spacious, we experienced a disappointing stay. The apartment wasn’t cleaned for us on arrival, so we had to clean this ourselves and making up beds with any surplus linen we could find in the property. As we arrived on a Sunday we had to wait until late Monday morning until this was cleaned, with the previous tenants used laundry taken away. Post booking, I fed back my views to the agent who advised that the owner felt that no refund was fitting. You would expect any holiday let to be cleaned pre arrival, especially one that is of a higher standard. Whilst we enjoyed our stay and time in and around Beaumaris I can only give a negative review due to the issues we faced upon arrival and then the lack of empathy given by the owner post stay. Beware if there are any issues!

A beautiful place with splendid views of the Menai Strait (right across the street!) and Snowdonia beyond. On the waterfront in the beautiful town of Beaumaris. Walk out the door and you are in the thick of things, 5 minutes from pretty much everything: the Castle, restaurants, shops, the Cathedral. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Great property!! The only drawback in a really terrific stay in a beautiful place and location was that the property management did not respond to my messages through VRBO. I didn't need anything desperately, or I would have contacted VRBO to get through to them, but I did reach out three or four times and nothing. I would get those lines of communication ironed out for next time. And I sincerely hope there is a next time!!
