“Hotel is run by amazing family. Is not new or modern by warm, family atmosphere gives a lot. My family was very happy to stay there for one night on our Welsh trip. Breakfast was amazing. “Exceptionally friendly welcome and service from Hazel and the team. The room was beautiful, charming and full of character. The SMEG kettle and teapot were a thoughtful touch. We enjoyed the freshly cooked breakfast, although it’s a pity that the restaurant isn’t open in the evenings any more. Overall, thoroughly enjoyable and we won’t hesitate to return. ”

“Lovely room in a lovely part of the world. It was sparkling clean, modern and the decor was very nicely done. My only complaint was that the TV didn't have standard TV - not as far as I could tell anyway, its was very complicated - and the internet based channels kept buffering, so I gave up in the end.”

“Our first time staying here. We were impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the heads up on A55 problems and that there was a silent fan in our comfortable bedroom on one of the warmest days of the year. The evening meal and breakfast were very good too. We will be back.”

“Arrived and no one had any idea which tent we were supposed to be in. Originally taken to one that had no made beds, litter, broken chairs and an inflatable dirty lazy spa (advised as a hot tub). Then got told to my relief wasn’t our tent. Instead we were taken to another tent that was transparent in a small field squished in with another 5-6 tents and had a dirty deflated paddling pool in the centre. Again no beds were made so we had to wait outside with our stuff while a young lad threw some……
