Nice warm welcome on entry. All staff were very nice and eager to please. Food was excellent and i always chopped and changed the menu a little which was no problem to them. They cook fresh so ther can taylor for allergies. Rooms were clean and spacious, although i can only vouch for my room. Ok downside, parking can be awkward at times but i always managed to find a spot even though it was the last one. There are no lifts and if you are on the second floor you have 34 steps to go up. All in all a great hoyel with a warm atmosphere with lovely staff.

The Victoria is a good choice for my travel plans as I am using public transportation.There was a bus station within 2 blocks and the railway station was less than 30 minutes away via bus. The hotel has a very good restaurant and a bar. There is nice outdoor patio seating too.The menu has a good selection including vegan dishes. The wait staff are very friendly and efficient. My room included a small balcony with a small table and 2 chairs. I enjoyed sipping my tea on the balcony while watching boats and paddle boarders on the Menai Straight. The queen bed was firm which I prefer. The rain shower was lovely. There was good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The bathroom was quite clean. Their was noise through the walls and via hallway, however, not too late at night. Overall, I would definitely stay at the Victoria again and would recommend it to others staying in North Wales.

The room was welcoming and clean but could have done with extra storage space, a shelf in the bathroom and hooks on the entrance hall wall or room door to hang coats on. We appreciated the high class coffee, tea, drinking chocolate and biscuits provided. The staff were ALL friendly, smiling and very helpful. Breakfast and evening meals were excellent. Lovely dining room and a splendid array of beers on offer in the bar.

Lovely hotel. Spent 5 nights here in September. Very convenient location for sightseeing around the area. We ate here every evening and breakfast. The food was excellent. There were few staff but the service was very good.

Nice hotel close to centre of Menai Bridge

Pet friendly, very nice, spotless room. Star very helpful and warm. Room was incredibly hot due to the weather, though there was fan. Restaurant food quite decent (it's a Chef and Brewer). We didn't have the breakfast as we had early starts each day (extra £). Unfortunately there was no in room fridge for us to keep the dog's food in, which was a minor problem due to the heat.

Restaurant was not in the same league as the hotel. Service staff operated at their convenience rather than client. Poor food (toad in the hole was execreble! But friends were paying so I didn’t to offend). Hotel staff were great and rooms were excellent.
