「Days before arrival, I requested a travel cot (offered by the host) to be delivered to the apartment since there were 3 adults in our reservation. I was assured the cot would be there when we arrived. When we arrived, there was no cot, no linens for the sofa, and only 2 towels. Immediately, I contacted the host, and we were assured those items would be delivered. It was the next day, midday, before we received them. We were exhausted and just needed sleep, not to cram into a bed or sleep on a...

「This accommodation is very remote. But really nice. The rooms are large and clean with nice en-suite facilities and the dining room - in an extended sun room - is spacious and comfortable. Very well run by a lovely couple we enjoyed our stay. Take dinner here - it’s very good value and enjoyable.」

「We really enjoyed our stay at the Perle Oban Hotel & Spa! The location is perfect, right in the heart of town and within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and pubs. We especially loved watching the fishing boats and ferries coming and going in the harbor. Our room was very comfortable, and the hotel was a wonderful home base for exploring Oban. We would happily stay here again!」

「Small rooms and I did not know how to get some cool air into the space. Great management. Great bar in the place with incredible music. Works for a night. Would be hard for me to make it work longer.」

「Staff service was excellent. Good was amazing. Some noise at night due to creeky floorboards above. Room was lovely with nice touches eg water and biscuits.」

「Such a lovely property with an even lovelier couple running it. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Oban.」

「Hosts are friendly, attention to visitors, helpful, provide high standard of rooms and amenities, quite rooms and next to a good hotel. Highly recommend to stay.」

「Outstanding property, superb service, best breakfast!!!」

「Our stay at Glencruitten House was lovely. However, for the price there are a few things that did not exactly meet expectations. We were not offered assistance with bags at check-in, so we went to fetch our own bags after we finished our drinks. When we lugged in our bags we were told “oh someone could have helped you with that”. It was...

「Very nice place and lovely staff Vintage style and food is amazing Place needs maintenance which was fedback to the team」

「The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice, large and had everything needed. The bathroom was small but adequate, the linens were large and fluffy. The breakfast, which was extra, we felt was good for the price paid. And consisted of cold items and a menu of hot items.」
