Welcome to your studio Isle of Palms vacation rental, just a short walk to the beach and right in the heart of everything that makes the island fun. This bright, updated space at Ocean Inn is perfect for couples, girls trips, or a quick beach getaway where you can keep things easy and actually enjoy your time.
Think of this as your beach “home base” rather than just a place to sleep. Grab coffee next door at Café Paname, walk to the beach in minutes, and pick up ice cream, pizza, or a drink on your way back. You are close to everything, but just far enough removed to relax when you are ready to wind down.
Inside, the open studio layout features a king bed and a clean, comfortable setup designed for a simple, no stress stay. Please note there is no separate bedroom door, and as a first floor unit, you may occasionally hear light noise from above.
The kitchen is one of the standout features here, with a dishwasher, convection microwave that can bake, induction cooktop, and all the essentials for easy meals, snacks, or late night pizza. The dining area seats 2 to 4, and the adjustable TV can be viewed from both the sleeping and dining areas.
Beach gear is ready for you in the closet, so you can head out without overthinking it. Outside, you will find a pool, grill area, and a shared space where guests often gather, making it easy to meet people or just enjoy a laid back evening.
This Isle of Palms beach rental is all about convenience, comfort, and keeping your trip simple so you can focus on the good stuff.
Dog friendly with prior approval. Dogs must be under 20 lbs and hypoallergenic. Pet fees apply.

**MINIMUM BOOKING AGE is 25. The person holding the reservation must be staying at the property. No 3rd party booking is allowed.
**PRE-APPROVAL OF PETS REQUIRED Pets (DOGS ONLY) are allowed ONLY IN SELECT PROPERTIES. Breed/weight restrictions are applicable. PET FEES are $25/pet per night. DISCOUNT ON PET FEES AVAILABLE FOR SEASONAL RENTALS. PET POLICY Guests are responsible for adhering to pet policies provided in the contract as well as all Isle of Palms pet ordinances
**MINIMUM NIGHTS Some of our properties have "minimum nights required" to make a reservation on weekends, holidays, and during the summer season. To check availability for a shorter stay, please send a message / inquiry. If it's possible, we'd be happy to accommodate you.
** CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT: Your reservation is confirmed when the initial payment is paid. Payment options are dependent on the cancellation policy and how far away you are booking your stay. For reservations made in advance of 30 days, the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment.
** ITEMS PROVIDED: Soaps, linens, towels and starter paper products will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. Guests are responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests.
**SMOKING All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas.
**NOISE ORDINANCE Guests are responsible for following the Isle of Palms 10PM noise ordinance.
