Great place!

We had a wonderful trip and loved the house we stayed in! It’s so close to the beach and had a lovely back porch perfect for early morning breakfasts. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Girl’s Getaway

When 4 friends who have known each other for 40 years get together, you need just the right house. This place fit us perfectly! Coffee on the screened porch, a short walk to the beach and only 30 minutes to Charleston - all awesome. Having that 1/2 bath was a great bonus! We are already talking about coming back.

We enjoyed out stay over the Christmas Holiday. We set up a Christmas tree and made it feel like home. The property is a close walk to the beach and you could hear the ocean from the balcony.

Everything about this place was wonderful' nicely decorated, great location, roomy and very clean! We would stay again. We were there for a weekend for a wedding and would like to go back! Definitely would rent this place again and the owner was very helpful!

Great place!

This place was perfect. Plenty of things to do. The tennis and golf facilities are close and so is the beach. The house has plenty of room for everyone to space out. It was clean and had everything that we needed. I would definitely recommend and we will be back in the future.

Awesome week at Pelican Bay

My entire family (3 children 10, 7 & 4 plus 2 grandparents) enjoyed our stay so much that we hope to return in the future for longer! The house had everything we needed! Loved the porch out back. Beach and pool very close! The house was extremely comfortable and Jim was a pleasure to work with! Thank you for making our 2019 family vacation a huge success!!

Amazing Beach House

This property is even better in person! Beautiful views, quiet neighborhood & beach access is close by. The house itself is in great condition with a lot of amenities. Everything you could want or need is already there (washer/dryer/beach gear/etc.). The layout was perfect for 5 adults & we could have comfortably fit 1-2 more. The Property Manager made check in/check out smooth & easy. We will definitely be back!!

Great location and amenities

We stayed here off and on for 5 weeks. Home was in a great location (gated community) really close to the beach and the small community pool. Each day we were visited by an alligator in the back yard. House had three great bedrooms with plenty of space for the visitors. Owner was very helpfull. We would easily go again. Thanks Jim!

Fall Getaway

We have enjoyed the house for a couple of summer vacations, however we lived being there in October. Great relaxing long weekend of sitting on the screen porch and watching SC Gamecocks beat Georgia.
