Bring your best friend to the beach - 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath pet friendly bungalow!

This charming bungalow is a short walk to the beach and also to breach inlet. The house features an open concept with living room that includes a flat screen TV with cable, a DVD player, and wi-fi access. The kitchen dining combo seats 6 and includes new appliances. The house has new HVAC system, new front loading washer and dryer and new kitchen appliances. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has two double beds that can sleep up to 4, both with large closets. The bathroom has a tub/shower.

The property has a spacious yard with patio, grill and outdoor seating that is mosquito treated. Wash the sand of your toes or paws with the outdoor shower. The back yard is not fenced but we do provide a dog runner. Parking includes a 1 car carport and up to three cars are allowed on the site. The 1 story bungalow is at grade providing easy access. Security cameras are located at the front, back and carport of the property for the safety of guests and their property during their stay.

Complete linen and cleaning service included.

The kitchen is fully equipped with flat ware, dinner ware, pots & pans and a Crock pot.

Downtown IOP is accessible by walking and breach inlet and the Boathouse Restaurant is only 3 blocks away. This is the best spot on the island for sunsets and dolphin watching. We can provide a complete list of restaurants, attractions and rental companies.

Dog Friendly and Convenient

This is a great place to stay in a convenient location with all the amenities you need. It’s nothing fancy, but if you’re just looking for a place to rest your head and maybe eat a meal in between enjoying the surrounding area, this is it.

Great stay!

We needed a place last minute after selling our home and Jakes place was just perfect! The house is extremely cozy and we enjoyed having her outdoor patio. Easy walk to the beach, too!

Underwhelmed

Why we have indicated being underwhelmed: Dog hair on the furniture, the grass needed to be mowed, spider webs and spider babies in corners, the sofa has stains which makes us think it was dirty, the windows were dirty, the exterior of the house needs a good cleaning ora paint job.

Little Palm Ave block house....

This home is exactly as advertised. For us to get a quick get away with the dogs to IOP, it is the fine and two blocks from the beach. It's such an easy walk and the home is truly pet friendly.

We had everything we needed in the house. The location is convenient and it is a very short trip to the beach, shops, restaurants and Mt. Pleasant for all your needs. We would stay again!

Very nice, quiet place.

We enjoyed our stay here. While not luxurious, it is very nice and comfortable. There was a problem with the a/c the first night, but appreciated that Mr Knight responded very quickly and got it fixed.

It was a great experience from the booking, to check in and check out. Great communication with the owner. Lots of great restaurant recommendations. Close walk to the beach. Loved everything about it.

Quick Getaway

Got to experience Isle of Palms for the first time! Property was what we expected, a nice short walk to the beaches. Plenty of space, and having dog bowls available was a nice touch! We had a bit of an issue with the AC, but the host was quite responsive and we had someone out to troubleshoot very quickly! Would definitely stay again when we return!

Just what we needed for our kids and our doggies

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The property was in a great location, a short drive from Charleston and Sullivan's Island - and right around the corner from the beach. The pictures accurately represented the house (and the beds were comfortable). If we're back in the area again, we would stay there again no question about it!

Cozy little gem

Excellent little gem in a super convenient location. Walking distance to the beach and a hop, skip, and jump to many food and shopping options. The house is very clean and cozy with all the amenities of home. . The perfect place for a getaway or vacation. The host is very detailed, responsive, and you can tell he wants his guests to be taken care of. Would definitely stay again!

Great place, close to the beach!

We had a wonderful vacation at IOP. The house had everything we needed and more! -even a book filled with recommendations of local restaurants , complete with menus and advice -super helpful! The property was great- exactly as advertized, and the location was very close to the beach. It was an easy walk to beautiful beaches and we really enjoyed our stay. Great place for the price!

Nice beach cottage!

Loved our stay at this little beach cottage! It was only a short walk to the beach and had a nice little yard! It was also dog friendly! So that’s a bonus! The only thing is that there was no working water hose to attach to the outdoor shower to wash the dogs more easily. We would definitely stay here again!

There weren’t pans to cook a chicken in the oven but I used the crockpot. Could use some updated bath towels and more than 1 kitchen towel.

We love our dogs. They are a part of our family. We have missed going on vacations due to the anxiety of leaving our dogs with people we do not know well enough. We are thrilled to find a dog friendly rental and plan to go back many times.

Cute, Quaint, and Clean!

Loved this little cottage in Isle of Palms. So close to the beach and a short drive to downtown Charleston. It was clean and well equipped. The beds were too firm for us, as are pillows, but they aren't impossible to sleep on. Maybe bring your own pillow. Jake was very responsive with any questions, though there weren't many because the house is so well prepared. I would definitely stay here again.
