we gathered at IOP for a cousin's birthday. Ages 16 to 80. more than enough room for everyone. short walk to the beach. excellent restaurants. Acme seafood grill sat us all together (with reservation) for a great meal. The stay was perfect, even the weather was great.

Exceptionally spacious. The home allowed all members of the family to enjoy the vacation home without imposing on one another. Each room has a comfortable bed and a connecting bathroom and amenities. The trail to the beach is right outside of your back door. However nothing beats your own private pool. The kitchen was fully supplied. I would have loved to have extended our vacation.

Perfect Reunion Space

We were pleasantly surprised at how well thought out this home was and how well stocked it was. With such a large group (16 people) we had all of our meals at the house and did a lot of cooking. The kitchen was very well stocked and quite a number of items were in the pantry (assumably by prior guests), such as spices and baking basics. Everyone thought the beds were comfortable and were happy with the amenities and space for gathering. My only gripe is that when I inquired about the ability to drop off groceries before 4pm, I was told we could not even set foot on the property unless I was informed by them that the house was ready early. I understand the need for rules. And that the housekeeping staff needs to be able to exit quickly when they are finished. But there are 2 full sized refrigerators on ground level that are in an unlocked easily accessible area. This felt excessively strict that we could not even utilize these before 4pm. That said, it was a great location, well-provisioned, and worked perfectly for our group.

We had a fabulous time at this lovely home in walking distance to the beach. The 10 bedrooms accommodated our large family perfectly. The area is gorgeous and the home has everything you might need.

Fantastic large house close to the beach

House is well maintained and has a flow to the design. All of us appreciated the labels concerning location of kitchen equipment. I've rented other larger houses on Isle of Palms. This one is the best.

Family reunion at a beach house in the Isle of Palms.

This house is in a great location, a short walk from the beach. There is a knife swimming pool immediately out the back doors. The rooms were bright and clean and there is so much space with bathrooms associated with every room! Whenever we ran into any sort of concern, there was an immediate response from the renting company. If I had one recommendation to make it would be to make the welcome package a little more generous. For example a larger bottle of dish detergent, several more dishwashing machine pods, a few more dish towels and sponges. This would be a small investment and I think would be a very nice addition. But I highly recommend this house and rental company.

Fabulous house for family reunion

Great house. This is our second year staying here. Love the layout and the well organized kitchen. Only complaint was weak WiFi. Almost impossible to have clear phone conversations.

Perfect spot

Our 19 person family enjoyed this property. It is close to the beach and has a lot of room for family gathering and eating. The kids spent a lot of time in the pool. The bedrooms were spacious with the third level perfect for our son’s family with four kids. The kitchen and pantry was stocked well. I would highly recommend this property for a large family group.

Great House n Location

Great # bedrooms for our party of 11, top floor 'suite' worked very well for 1 family with littles and as one member of our group was an amputee having the elevator reach each floor and directly opening into the suite was so helpful. We paid to heat pool well worth it for us with little kids in April. Having pool above the ground level with direct access to main living/kitchen area super convenient also has a guest bathroom with direct access to pool deck again very useful. Loads of balconies to relax on with a drink in hand. Kitchen very well stocked incl kids plates etc. Starter items for bathrooms/kitchen n also pantry. House very clean n organised and lots of towels. Beach short walk. We rented golf carts which was fun to go to park/icecream/grocery. Would rent house again.

Perfect house for family reunion

This house was the perfect fit for our family reunion of 20 people. What sold us on this property was the number of bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms. It was great! The elevator was also helpful. The pool and short walk to the beach were ideal. The house was extremely clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals each day. Would definitely return!

Dream come True Family Vacation Home

House is beautiful, fully appointed kitchen, new washer and dryer, comfortable beds, ample supply of towels, many bedrooms have private bathrooms, pool is big and beautiful, plenty of parking, steps to a big beautiful beach. CarolinaOne rental company that manages this property are the best property managers I have ever worked with. We had a very special reason for renting this particular beach house, and CarolinaOne went above and beyond to accommodate. Highly recommend if you plan to travel here to book ahead a Captain and go fishing.

Perfect for a large family!

We had 12 adults and 6 children ages 1yr. to 11. This house was perfect for us. There was a small problem with the downstairs thermostat but we manage. I would go back there in a heart beat!
