“The office people were very friendly and helpful. The washer makes a terrible BANG BANG noise throughout the wash cycle.....really needs fixed!! We were there with our adult sons, and 2 of the 4 of us smelled cat pee in the master bath with the smell also in the bedroom near the bath door. the other 2 could not smell it. a good stea, clean of the bathroom tile and maser bedroom carpet should clear that up!”

“Nice and quiet and vertical clean. The only thing that could have been better was the space in the room. Kitchen was a little too small.”

“The location was fantastic, nice indoor pool. Great little bar on the grounds with drinks and pizza, very nice game room with plenty of video games/pool table. Very close to colonial Williamsburg and all attractions ”

“Our condo was recently renovated and it was perfect. Resort was awesome, lots of activities for kids and the whole family. Beautiful grounds and pool. Perfect location—Resort is minutes from Busch Gardens, Water Country and the outlets. Check in process was flawless and the staff was wonderful. 10 out of 10!! We’ll be back next year!! ”

“Great location, super friendly staff, very clean, nice property, spacious.. bring a timeshare they were a little sales driven at check in and would not take no for an answer about sitting through their presentation. But even with that, I would stay there again ”

“Checkin was lengthy but the resort has so much for everyone to do and was actually clean! It’s rare I feel like a property is clean to my standards. So I was impressed. We’ll certainly be back.”

“I didn’t like that the advertised rooms did not match the actual rooms in the property. The pictures used were misleading. I would never have paid such an expensive room for what we ended up staying in.”

“We had a great stay. Since it was around a holiday, it was very busy in the area. There was some initial confusion regarding confirmation of our stay. Really glad that was figured out before our arrival. The unit was nice, spacious, and as advertised. We didn’t get a chance to use the resort amenities as it was a short stay. However, the grounds looked nice and well kept. Would definitely stay again.”
