A Gem in Ismailia
What a great location and wonderful service. I believe my room was freshly renovated as everything seemed brand new. I did extensive walk throughout the area, which was very clean, tons of football (soccer) going on, and lots to see.

Super clean, fantastic view. Nice garden and pool area. Only complain is that some power cuts led us to use the stairways (instead of the elevator) which was really dusty. Unfortunately, it was not allowed to swim in the water at the beach.

The facitity is generally good and clean. My room had a wonderful view. The staff didn't help with the luggage as one might expect. It got noisy because of construction work.

Hotels in the area are limited but this is probably the best for service. Rooms that look out over the pool mostly have balconies which have table and chairs for sitting out on.

Not worth the money-rude staff
Honestly, this place is not worth the money. Everyone at the hotel except the doorman is extremely rude. They don't try to help their guests. While I was eating dinner they asked me if I paid for my dinner, after it was confirmed that the dinner was complimentary from the hotel due to some of the issues between hotels.com and the hotel. Lemis is extremely rude when it comes to dealing with guests; her response to almost everything was "not our responsibility." This hotel nevertheless has comfortable rooms, so if you need to stay in Ismailia it would be your only option.
